What is a Short Code?
Think of a 5-Digit Short Code as a URL for a Web site. It tells the wireless carriers where to send the message. Similar to an abbreviation, the 5 digit code is easy for customers to remember.

Keywords and Short Codes work together to form an address. Example: Text [KEYWORD] to [SHORT CODE]to receive a particular offer or to sign up for a particular alert

We take great care to ensure that messages are only received if a person opts-in, or asks for them. From time to time, an error may occur. If you are currently receiving messages from a TextPromoter client or Short Code (5-Digit Number), please see the notes below or call us directly.

We are compliant with all U.S. Carriers; each message you recieve from a TextPromoter client will have instructions for opting out. For example, reply 'stop' to quit If your phone does not allow you to reply, simple create a new message to the same short code with the 'stop' reply. You can stop all TextPromoter alerts at any time by sending 'stop all' to the short code for which you are receiving alerts.
